Nerdy.

So today during APUSH, we were discussing about the discovery of America and of course, Christopher Columbus. While we (as in the teacher) were talking about him, we talked about how he was Italian but sailed for Spain because he was rejected by his home country. Then, suddenly it came to my mind. Did Christopher Columbus speak Spanish? So being the good student I am, I proceeded to ask my teacher the very question. Her response? “Why do you ask me this question…well to be honest, I never thought about this until you just asked me.”

It was my best moment today. Where my intellect, curiosity, and stupidity all came together in one magnificent question. At the time, it seemed really cool. But now that I think about it, it’s actually really nerdy.
